| - Full Payment is required 10 (ten) working days prior to departure |

- Amendment / Cancellation within 1 to 8 working days before arrival date at the hotel, charges will be applied |
| - Any amendment to be made after payment has been made and involving change of document, an amendment fee of USD35 will be applied per document. |
| - In addition to the cancellation fee/no show fee there will be an administration fee of USD65 per passenger. |
| - There will be no refund for unused accomodation, transfer between airport and hotel, breakfast, hotel's added benefits. |
